Invest in yourself, your voice,
& your creative journey.
As a published author with an MFA in creative nonfiction, a graduate degree in social work, and training in adult education, I bring creativity, curiosity, and compassion to my work with writers. My support balances craft, personal care, and building a sustainable writing life.
I provide support for writers who are just starting out, those writing about difficult things, and writers in the thick of the writing process.
Together, we'll explore deeper meaning and authenticity in your stories and your life.

Trauma-Informed
Coaching for Writers
Writing your story can set you free. But reflecting on your experiences and capturing them in the written word might seem daunting, especially if you’ve felt silenced in the past.
Using a trauma-informed, motivational approach, I'll help you transform your experiences into words that have the power to heal. You’ll feel supported and in control as you make creative and personal breakthroughs and gain tools to help you write your story.

Great Beginnings Support
You have the desire to write and an idea that just won't leave you alone, but you need some help getting started.
This three-month program will move you from "I don't know how to start" to "I'm so excited to keep going!". Along the way, we'll explore your goals, craft, and how to build a writing life.
